Plan and billing

The base plan is $99/month, with an annual option that bills once a year. The price shown in Settings comes from your live subscription, so if you were given a different rate that is the number you will see there. The public page is /pricing.

Card details are handled by Stripe's own portal — DeskOps never sees or stores the card number.

Receipts for your DeskOps subscription live in that portal. They are separate from the invoices you send your own customers, which are on Get Paid.

Cancelling ends the renewal; your data stays until you actually delete the account. If you want the data gone as well, that is Settings → Data & privacy on a computer, or Settings → Data & privacy on your phone — and export first.

A paused subscription keeps your data and stops new writes; nothing is deleted because a card bounced. Fix the card in the billing portal and it recovers.

Boost is owner-only. Deep links land on a specific add-on, for example /boost?tab=addons#foresight.

Seven, each bought on its own and cancelled on its own. DeskOps Foresight, $9 a month: the 365-day cash line with a comfort floor, the tightest day ahead, and a what-if for a purchase. Ad Integrations, $9 a month: Google Ads and Meta Ads sync and the Ads page, with cost per lead and per customer against real revenue. AI Partner Email, $19 a month: campaigns, follow-up sequences and the inbox concierge on the Emails page. The Record, $29 a month: the five-chapter document for a bank or a buyer, with every figure marked by how it was verified. Additional Business, $39 a month each: a second business with its own books, customers and tax position under the same login, and the Businesses page to see them together. Additional Team Seat, $9 a month each, added automatically when a team member accepts an invite (the bookkeeper is free). AI Partner Voice Calls, $20 for a pack of five phone calls with Des, no subscription. Texting is not a DeskOps add-on: TextDesk is its own product with its own subscription, and connects to your DeskOps business when you have both.

An assist is one thing DeskOps did for you — an answer from Des, an email sent to a customer, a document produced, a receipt read. It is measured by what the work actually cost rather than counted one-for-one, so a quick question uses a fraction of an assist and a deep one uses several, and when the product gets cheaper your allowance stretches further on its own. The base plan includes 3,000 assists a month and 8 GB of storage. Plus, $19 a month, adds 1,250 assists and takes storage to 30 GB; Pro, $39 a month, adds 3,000 and takes storage to 64 GB. Past the allowance, extra assists are $22 per 1,000, prorated as you use them (500 extra is $11), and storage is $1 per GB per month — DeskOps warns you at 80% and never blocks you mid-task. An AI safety limit on the same pane caps extra AI at five times your plan price unless you set your own number; it exists for runaways, not for normal use, and you can change it.

Storage packs are Starter 50 GB at $9/month, Growth 200 GB at $19, Pro 750 GB at $39, Business 2 TB at $69 and Enterprise 5 TB at $129. Photos, attachments and exported PDFs all draw from the same pool, and anything above your pack bills at $1 per GB for that cycle.

It is $9/month and it is what lets you connect Google Ads and Meta Ads in Settings → Integrations.

Each extra business is $39/month and brings the Portfolio page with it, which rolls the businesses up into one view. Portfolio only appears once you have more than one.

Removing an add-on takes the feature away at the end of the current cycle rather than instantly wiping anything.

Fourteen days, nothing due today. A card is saved securely through Stripe at signup so nothing interrupts you when the trial ends: on day fifteen the stored card is charged and the subscription simply continues. Cancel before then and nothing is charged. Add-ons are separate and are bought from Boost when you want them.

One screen, three promises, no dark patterns. Cancel yourself in two clicks — no phone call, no email, no retention interview, no notice period. Take everything with you: every customer, payment, invoice, quote, job, expense and text exports as CSV any time, including for ninety days after you cancel. Your number is yours: if you have a texting line, nothing releases it automatically when you cancel; ask, and the port-out or release starts within five business days, and if we are late it pages us, not you. Cancelling ends the renewal; deleting the account is a separate step in Settings → Data & privacy.
