How do I cancel an add-on?

Cash forecast, Ad Integrations, Business report and AI Partner Email are included in DeskOps, so there is no separate add-on to cancel. If an older bill lists one of them, ask support to review that charge.

For a paid extra such as an additional business:

Removing an add-on takes effect right away, and the unused part of the month comes back to you as a prorated credit on your next bill. Your books are not touched: removing an add-on never deletes a transaction, a customer or an invoice, and adding it back turns the feature back on. Removing the Third Bank Connection pauses your newest bank that is not your main bank — it stops syncing and keeps every transaction it brought in — and DeskOps emails you when it pauses.
