Jobs is the board of work with the money attached: what each job brought in, what it cost, and therefore what it actually earned. By type rolls that up so you can see which kind of work is worth doing. Pricing holds the rates you set yourself, and Materials holds recipes and light stock.

A job with money in and nothing out is not a 100% margin job, it is a job whose costs DeskOps has not been told about — so it says unknown rather than printing a number that would flatter you into a bad decision. Attach expenses or materials to the job and the figure appears.
