DeskOps runs in the browser and installs to your home screen from there, with its own icon, no browser bars, and the same sign-in — there is nothing to download from an app store. Below 780 pixels wide it switches to a layout built for a phone: a bottom bar (Home, Get Paid, Work, Ask Des, Menu), + New at the top for adding things, and one screen at a time for Settings. It is the same product with the same numbers, laid out for a thumb.

On an iPhone: in Safari, open the menu (••• or ≡, next to the web address), then tap Share, then View More, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. On an older iPhone, Share sits directly in the bottom bar. On Android: in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then Install app or Add to Home screen, and confirm. Once installed, DeskOps opens full-screen from its icon. On an iPhone, push notifications only work once it is installed this way; on Android they can also work in Chrome.

Five tabs: Home, Get Paid, Jobs (the list and the calendar of your work), Ask Des, and Menu, which holds every other page in groups with a search box that jumps you to a page or a setting by name. A field seat's bar is My Jobs, Jobs, Ask Des and Menu instead, and a membership business (a gym or a studio) has no Jobs tab. The + New at the top of the screen opens quick add: New invoice, New quote, Log a payment, Log an expense, Book a job, Add customer — each straight into a form, and only the ones your seat may do. Help & docs is under Menu.

Phonetoday's jobs stay readable on the phone, and field work taken with no signal sends itself when signal returns.
Open your day once while you have signal and today's stops stay readable on that phone: each job's checklist, notes, files, timer and the customer sign-off. With no signal you can still tick the checklist, add a note, take a photo, attach a file, start and stop the timer, and take the customer's sign-off. Each one is saved on the phone first, marked "sends with signal", and sent once — never twice — when signal returns, in the order you did them. If the office changed something meanwhile, the latest version is shown and the app says so; anything that can't be saved says why and offers Retry. A sign-off is recorded only against the version of the job the customer saw. Nothing that moves money happens without signal: invoices, payments, expenses and logging hours all wait until you're back online. Photos of earlier visits need signal to load.

The cheat sheet itself is on the ? key, and the ⋯ by your name at the bottom of the sidebar holds Help & docs, Sign out, and the legal links.
