More than one business

Businesses is the roll-up across every business on your account — which are active, revenue and ad spend side by side. With one business there is nothing to roll up, which is why it stays hidden until there are two.

Renamed from "Portfolio" on 2026-08-21. The route is still /portfolio, and "Portfolio" now names a different page — The Record, at /record.

Each business keeps its own numbers, its own connections and its own team, so switching changes everything on screen to that company. Portfolio is the roll-up across all of them, and it only appears once you actually have more than one.

Additional businesses are an add-on rather than a second subscription, so you manage them from the same plan. What you are charged and what is currently on your account are both on the Plan & billing screen.
