ComputerHome shows a setup checklist with three steps: connect a payment processor, connect accounting, and send your first message to Des. Each one deep-links to the right place.

Connect a processor first. Everything else in the app — revenue, customers, margin, tax estimates — gets better the moment real money data lands. The checklist hides itself once all three are done and you can dismiss it permanently.
First day
ComputerOpen Settings, then Integrations shows the connection state, and Sync Now forces a refresh. PhoneOpen Settings, then Integrations, the connection and Sync Now. A first connection pulls 365 days of history in the background and does not block the page. On a busy history that takes several minutes and the numbers fill in as rows land. If it has been much longer than that, check the tile for a Reconnect prompt.

Computeryou invite them from Settings, then Team & seats, they get an email with a link and click it.
They do not create their own account or pick a password — the invite link is the whole flow. If the link expired, send a new invite.

Computerevery table is tenant-isolated at the database level, deletes are soft by default, and errors are monitored on both the front end and the back end.
