How does a new team member get in?
Computeryou invite them from Settings, then Team & seats, they get an email with a link and click it.
PhoneOpen Settings, then Team & seats and Invite a member.
They do not set up a business of their own. The invite link opens a short join screen: they enter the email address the invite went to, type the sign-in code DeskOps emails there and press Verify & join. Setting a password is optional — Set password & join lets them sign back in without waiting on a code, and codes keep working either way. If the link expired, send a new invite.
