Computer/login, then Resend code, after the second resend the screen offers Sign in with a password instead.
Phonethe same screen.
Sign-in is a six-digit code emailed to you, and everyone signs in at the same address — ops.intelliflowcommunications.com. If the code does not arrive: check spam, then Resend code (it waits a minute between sends). Every account also has the password you chose at signup, and after the second resend the screen offers that route, so nobody is stuck waiting on email. A code that says expired was typed after a newer one was sent — use the latest email.

Computerthe Still here? notice appears after about twenty-five minutes without activity; click it to stay signed in.
Phonethe same notice.
After a long stretch without a tap or a keystroke, DeskOps asks whether you are still there and gives you twenty seconds to say so before it signs you out — an unattended screen in a shared office should not stay open on your books. Signing back in is the same six-digit code. Nothing you saved is lost by the sign-out; a form you were in the middle of is.

Computerreload the page; if DeskOps offers Refresh at the top, take it.
Phoneclose the app fully and reopen it, or take the Refresh nudge when it appears.
A tab or a home-screen app that has been open for days can be running a build from before the last release. DeskOps checks for that on its own and offers a one-tap refresh when your copy is behind. If a page goes blank or a button does nothing after a reload, that is a bug — open Help and email support from there, so the page you were on comes with the message.
Numbers
Computerthe flag icon beside a number. This number looks wrong sends it to us with the value you saw.
Phonethe same flag on the number.
Every money figure in DeskOps is read from one ledger of transactions, in your business's timezone, so the same day should show the same total on Home, Money and Taxes. When it does not, the usual reasons are a sync that has fallen behind (the connection row says how fresh it is), a deposit that is a processor payout rather than a sale, or an expense in a category that changes the margin. The flag beside a number sends us the figure exactly as it was rendered, with the window it claimed to cover, so nobody has to describe it — and nothing about the number goes anywhere except to us.

ComputerOpen Money, then open both rows, a synced row and a hand-logged row for the same payment is the usual pair. PhoneMoney, same.
DeskOps matches payments that arrive from two places — a processor and your books, or a processor and the bank — and keeps one. What it cannot merge is a payment you logged by hand and the same payment arriving later from a connection, because a hand-logged row has nothing to match on. If you see a pair, open the hand-logged one on Money and use Delete Manual Entry; only the owner can delete a money record, and synced rows cannot be deleted at all. Bank deposits that are processor payouts are already excluded from revenue, so they are not the double you are looking for.

ComputerOpen Emails. Sent shows each message and whether it was delivered or opened; a bounce shows on the invoice or quote itself. Start with the address on the customer's record — a bounce almost always means a typo or a mailbox that no longer exists, and the invoice or quote will say Email bounced. Then check the customer's spam folder; email from a business they have not heard from before lands there more often than it should. Sending from your own domain (Settings → Email settings) helps with that. A customer who marked you as spam cannot be sent a quote or a review request again — that is their decision, not a setting — so call them.

ComputerOpen Get Paid, then open the invoice and send it again, the new email carries a fresh link. PhoneOpen Get Paid, then the invoice and send again. A pay link does not expire and an older copy of the same link keeps working, so "the link is broken" almost always means the email client wrapped or cut a long link, or the customer is opening an invoice that has since been voided — the page says so in plain words either way. Sending the invoice again is the fix for both. If the customer can see the invoice but cannot pay on it, Stripe is not connected: Settings → Integrations → Stripe, after which the pay button appears; until then the page shows your pay-by-check instructions instead. A paid invoice's link opens to a paid receipt, never to a second charge.
Reaching a person
Computerthe ? at the top right, then Email support, or Send feedback for a screen that looks wrong.
Phonethe Menu tab on the bottom bar, then Help & docs and the same two rows.
Email support opens a message to support@intelliflowcommunications.com with your business, the page you were on and the time already filled in, so you only add what happened. Send feedback is for the smaller things — a screen that looks off, an idea — and records which page you were on. Live service status is public at /status. If your mail app does not open, the same screen shows the address to copy.
