A payment shows twice

DeskOps matches a payment that arrives from two places — a processor and your books, a processor and the bank, or your books and the bank — and keeps one. A payment you logged by hand can merge with the same payment arriving from a connection only when the two agree on the customer and the exact cents within three days and nothing disproves it; a different check or reference number keeps them apart. When you log a payment that looks like one already there, Money warns you on the spot and offers Delete Manual Entry or Keep Both — a name alone is never enough to merge. If you find a pair later, delete the hand-logged row on Money ("Delete this transaction?"); only the owner can delete a money record, and a synced row you delete does not come back on the next sync. Bank deposits that are processor payouts are already excluded from revenue, so they are not the double you are looking for.
