A payment shows twice
ComputerOpen Money, then open both rows, a synced row and a hand-logged row for the same payment is the usual pair.
PhoneMoney, same.
DeskOps matches payments that arrive from two places — a processor and your books, or a processor and the bank — and keeps one. What it cannot merge is a payment you logged by hand and the same payment arriving later from a connection, because a hand-logged row has nothing to match on. If you see a pair, open the hand-logged one on Money and use Delete Manual Entry; only the owner can delete a money record, and synced rows cannot be deleted at all. Bank deposits that are processor payouts are already excluded from revenue, so they are not the double you are looking for.
