Where do I get help or report a bug?
Computerthe ? in the top-right of the app, or the ⋯ by your name, then Help & docs. Press Cmd-/ (Ctrl-/ on Windows) from anywhere.
Phonethe Menu tab on the bottom bar, then Help & docs.
Help & docs opens a search over every answer in this reference — type the question in your own words and the answer appears. Inside it: Email support (support@intelliflowcommunications.com, with your page and account details filled in so nobody has to ask), Send feedback for a screen that looks wrong, and Browse the docs, which opens the full public reference at /docs. Live service status is public at /status.
