ComputerOpen Settings, then Plan & billing, and Boost for the add-on itself.
PhoneOpen Settings, then Plan & billing, and Settings, then Storage & add-ons.
Additional businesses are an add-on rather than a second subscription, so you manage them from the same plan. What you are charged and what is currently on your account are both on the Plan & billing screen.
