Where do I set my own prices?

Rates are yours — DeskOps will not invent a price for you. You can enter them here, and the first time you charge a suggested item on an invoice or quote with no price saved for it, the price you charged is saved as your rate; after that only you change it. What you set here is what your invoices and quotes offer as one-tap prices.
