What is an assist, and how many do I get?

An assist is a small, fixed slice of AI work, measured by what the work actually cost rather than counted one-for-one: most things use less than one assist, and a deep question to Des usually uses about 5–10. Boost's Plan pane (Storage on the phone) says about how many questions to Des your plan covers and lists what used your assists. The base plan includes 750 assists a month and 8 GB of storage; Plus, $19 a month, adds 1,000 assists (1,750 total) and brings storage to 30 GB, and Pro, $39 a month, adds 1,500 assists (2,250 total) and brings storage to 64 GB. The month runs from your billing day to the same day next month, even on a yearly plan. Unused assists do not roll over. Texting work for your customers is covered by TextDesk's own plan and never counts as assists.
