What does DeskOps send to me, the owner?

Weekly and monthly numbers — revenue, expenses and outstanding invoices — come to you by email; the off switch is the Unsubscribe link in the report itself or Settings → Alerts. The Monday production report summarises last week's jobs and what they earned, and is opt-in from the bottom of the Jobs board. Three getting-started notes arrive on day three, seven and thirty of your first month, pointing at whatever is still unfinished. Your customers never see any of these.
