On a computer: Settings → Alerts → See everything we send your customers, which lists each one with its trigger.

On your phone: Settings → Alerts → See what we send.

Campaigns never: no campaign goes out unless you start it, and a follow-up sequence sends only after you arm it on a campaign. Des never: when you ask Des to email a customer, it drafts the message and asks you to confirm before anything leaves. The automatic messages are the ones tied to an event you caused — you sent the invoice, you moved the visit, you turned on reminders — and each has an off switch on the screen the list points to. Three getting-started notes go to you, not your customers, over your first month.
