Can the AI answer a customer who replies to my email?

When a customer replies to one of your emails, the reply concierge can answer straightforward questions in your voice; anything it is unsure of is drafted and left for you to send. Auto-replies are off unless you turn them on — a customer's question never gets an answer you did not choose to allow.
