Owner Line, Job Sheet, After-Hours Routing, Spanish Replies and Photo Triage (including inbound photos) are included in TextDesk and the DeskOps + TextDesk bundle. No feature purchase or separate monthly charge is required. Conversation allowances and disclosed usage charges still apply. Turn on after-hours routing and choose an emergency number in TextDesk → Menu → Included features.
