Why don't I see Jobs or the Schedule?

Because the business is set up as a membership business — a gym or a studio. Its work is members on plans rather than jobs at an address, so DeskOps shows it no Jobs page, no Schedule, no job dates and no Work tab on the phone, and Des does not offer to book or schedule jobs for it. Members live in Customers, their recurring plans in Get Paid → Contracts, and what came in on the Money page. Nothing is deleted: if the industry is changed to a trade that books jobs, Jobs and the Schedule come back with everything already on them.
