What happens to work when I remove someone from the team?

Their recurring plans become Unassigned so future visits do not keep going to a departed person. Existing visits release them from the crew. Running timers stop at removal; review and log those hours from the job, because stopping a timer does not post labour automatically. Their job push subscriptions are removed. Other crew members and paid compensation history stay on the record. Pick a replacement on the maintenance plan if those future visits need a named technician.
