What file types can I upload to the Knowledge Base?

Markdown and plain text only — .md or .txt — up to 4 MB per file. PDF and Word are not supported yet, so a price book that lives in a PDF has to be saved out as text first. If you pick an unsupported file the upload is refused straight away rather than half-working. Each upload is tagged with an optional niche label so you can keep, say, your HVAC notes separate.
