How do I export all my data?

The export is a ZIP of plain CSV files — customers, invoices and their line items and payments, quotes, jobs and visits, transactions, expenses, bills, hours, commissions, payouts, goals and more — that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It is yours to keep and is the right first step before closing an account. There is no export of a single customer's history on its own; open the customer on the Customers page to read it on screen, or filter the customers and invoices files by their name after exporting everything.
