Does DeskOps have two-factor authentication?

Yes — optional two-step sign-in is available for each person. Set it up with an authenticator app, confirm its first 6-digit code, and save your ten recovery codes before turning it on. Future sign-ins then ask for the app’s code; DeskOps does not send that code by SMS. A team member without Settings opens Two-step sign-in from the menu by their name on desktop, or Menu on the phone. The separate email-code check before connecting a bank remains: that check can remember a device for 30 days and does not replace your authenticator.
