Can I make the Home tab calmer, or louder?

Home comes in two variants and the picker is a straight either/or. Classic keeps every widget the same weight. Bold inverts the widgets that need attention so a problem stands out from across the shop. It changes presentation only — the same numbers are behind both, and switching takes effect on Home immediately.
