Why does my margin look wrong or say unknown?
ComputerMargin under Money shows it, and Expenses is where the fix usually is.
PhoneMargin in the Menu tab.
Revenue with no costs attached is unknown margin, not 100% margin — DeskOps refuses to print a percentage it cannot stand behind. If margin looks impossible, the usual cause is that money is arriving through one source while costs live in another that is not connected, or that expenses are landing in the wrong category. Check Settings → Expense categories and which integrations are actually syncing.
