Where do I set my own prices?

Prices are yours — DeskOps never guesses what you charge, because a guessed rate would quietly poison every margin number downstream. Enter them on Pricing, or let them come from your own work: the first time you charge a suggested item on an invoice or quote and have no price saved for it, the price you charged is saved as your rate. After that only you change it.
