What is "What needs you" on Home?

Four things to do, in the order a morning runs, each a door: Today — jobs with an appointment today, with the first start time (opens the Schedule); Overdue — invoices past their due date, with the amount (opens Invoices); Needs a date — jobs on the board with no appointment yet (opens Jobs, where that section leads); Follow up — quotes sent three or more days ago with no reply (opens Quotes). Each row also carries the count behind it — how many jobs are on the board, how many invoices are awaiting payment, how many quotes are out. They are read from the same records as the pages they point to, in your timezone, so a past-due count means past due today where you are, not in London, and "first at 8:00" is your crew's clock. A zero is a real answer: it means DeskOps counted and found nothing waiting.
