What is "What needs you" on Home?

One list of the things only you can act on, the most urgent and the most money first: invoices past due, quote emails that never arrived, quotes sent three or more days ago with no reply, jobs with no date, new quote requests and bookings to approve, failed payments, licenses about to expire, a connection that stopped, and your next setup step. Each row is one sentence and one link that opens the place that fixes it, and nothing appears twice. A row leaves on its own once it is fixed. A membership business has no jobs board, so the "jobs with no date" row never appears for it; the invoice, quote, payment, license and connection rows still do. When there is nothing, it says "You’re all caught up" — and only when every check answered; if one could not be read, it says what it could not check instead.
