What does Needs Attention on Home show, and why does it say "Partly checked"?

Needs Attention is now part of the one list on Home, "What needs you", right under the month's money: a new quote request, a booking to approve, an accepted quote with no visit, a failed automatic payment, a license or policy about to expire, an overdue or over-collected invoice, a broken connection, a bank deposit awaiting your answer, a failed DeskOps payment. It is rebuilt from your records every time Home opens, so an item leaves once it is fixed. It shows each person only what they can act on: a teammate is not shown a row only the owner can fix. If a check could not be read, the list says which one rather than claiming you are all caught up.
