Why does my Oregon quote include three Construction Contractors Board notices?

Oregon requires three notices from its Construction Contractors Board on a home construction or improvement job over $2,000: the Consumer Protection Notice, the Notice of Procedure, and the Information Notice to Owner About Construction Liens. DeskOps adds all three, in the board's own words, and your customer signs them when they accept. The lien notice must also be handed to the owner in person or mailed by registered, certified or first-class mail with a certificate of mailing — without that you can't claim a lien. DeskOps reminds you when the quote is accepted.
