Why does my Illinois quote include a consumer rights pamphlet?

Illinois has a consumer pamphlet, "Home Repair: Know Your Consumer Rights", for home repair and remodeling contracts. DeskOps adds it, word for word, to every Illinois home-repair quote, whatever the amount. It isn't added to landscaping work, which Illinois's law doesn't cover. Over $1,000, Illinois also asks your customer to sign and date a Consumer Rights Acknowledgment, which you sign too, in duplicate. DeskOps reminds you when the quote is accepted. A customer 65 or older, sold at home by a salesperson they didn't invite, may cancel within 15 business days. Set Job site state to Illinois under Job details (or leave it blank when your business is in Illinois), then answer the two Illinois questions there so DeskOps counts the right window; unanswered, it counts the longer one.
