Why does my Florida or Arizona quote ask whether the customer asked for the work?

The question appears when the Job site state — or, if that is blank, your business's state — is Florida or Arizona. Florida and Arizona each have their own cancellation notice for sales where you sought out the customer at their home, a "home solicitation sale". Neither applies when the customer called, booked or invited you. So on a Florida or Arizona job DeskOps asks once. Answer "No — we reached out first" and the quote carries the state's own words: Florida's "Buyer's right to cancel" statement, or Arizona's "Notice to buyer" and its Notice of Cancellation. Answer "Yes" and it carries the federal notice only. Leave it blank and the state's notice is included, and you are told so when the customer accepts. The federal three-day notice is on either way whenever the federal rule applies.
