Whose name and privacy information appear in saved-card emails?
Saved-card and automatic-payment confirmations come from your business. They identify Stripe as holding the card number and explain that DeskOps keeps the card brand, last four digits and the authorization for your business, with a Privacy Policy link. Each confirmation includes the customer's original agreed authorization verbatim; a copy change never rewrites a signed agreement.
New agreements start with the customer confirming they are the cardholder or allowed to use the card, and say that contacting your business about a wrong charge does not limit their rights with their card issuer. If your customer record has no email, the copy goes to the email they gave on the card page. Charge only within what they agreed to: a charge outside it is your responsibility, and you must show the agreement if your customer, Stripe or a card network asks.
