Where do I record the insurer's decision on an insurance-claim job?

In some states, a customer whose job is paid by an insurance claim can cancel for a few days after the insurer decides the claim, not only after signing. On an accepted quote marked "an insurance claim is paying", open Insurer's decision. Record the date of the insurer's written decision, the day your customer was told, the day the insurer received proof of loss, or the official start of work. DeskOps then counts your customer's cancellation window from it, and only ever makes that window longer, never shorter. Dates can't be edited. If you record a wrong one, record the right one too; both stay on file.
