Two fees, both taken from the payout, never added to the customer's bill. Stripe charges its processing fee. DeskOps charges a platform fee only on a bank transfer (ACH) through DeskOps: 0.4% of that payment, never more than $100 per payment. Card payments carry no DeskOps fee, and neither do cash, checks or payments imported from Square. Your customer pays exactly the invoice total. Refund a bank payment through DeskOps and its fee comes back in proportion; a lost dispute or a bank return returns the fee on that money too, while a won dispute keeps it. The rate changes only with thirty days' written notice. Online payments states the rate; while you write an invoice, a line under Total, seen only by you, estimates what you'd receive. Fee lines appear on an invoice only after a payment: Stripe's processing fee — and a “You receive” line with what reaches your bank, a bank payment's DeskOps fee included.
