What does it cost to get paid online?

Two fees, both taken out of the payout rather than added to the customer's bill. Stripe charges its own processing fee under your agreement with Stripe. DeskOps charges a platform fee of 0.4% of each successful Stripe payment on invoices, quotes and recurring bills sent through DeskOps — so the all-in cost of a card payment is Stripe's rate plus 0.4%. Your customer is charged exactly the total on the invoice, never more, and never sees a second line. There is no DeskOps fee on cash, check, or payments imported from Square or PayPal. If you refund a payment through DeskOps, the platform fee is refunded in proportion. The rate can only change with thirty days' written notice; the current rate for your account is on the Terms page and on the invoice detail.
