How do I change a quote's or invoice's format after picking a starter?

On the Items step a Format row names the starter, with Change beside it. Change lists the formats for that document and alters this quote or invoice only: your customer, prices and lines stay, and a blank form gets the new starter's lines. Choose your option adds option shapes such as Repair and Replace for you to price; otherwise changing format never adds unpriced lines to a priced quote, and it never changes your saved default. With Ask each time on, the choices open when you reach Items; with it off, your default opens from every door. A sent quote or invoice has no composer, so its format can't change. Recurring service is chosen when starting new work and opens a contract, so it isn't in Change. An unsaved document survives a screen-width change. Switching businesses closes the composer; the draft is kept for that business and offered back next time. On a phone, Back from Review returns to Items.
