How do I add a short introduction to a quote?

A project title and up to three short lines tell your customer what the quote is for before they read the numbers, for example "Cedar privacy fence for the Alvarez home" with a line or two about the work. Both are optional and written by you; DeskOps never writes them for you. Your customer sees them above the total on the quote page, and the quote PDF prints them under "Prepared for", before the line items. The introduction is limited to three lines so the total stays on the first screen of a phone. Quotes without one look exactly as before.
