Yes. A California home-improvement quote over $500 carries California's own "Right to Cancel" notice and its Notice of Cancellation form, word for word and in bold, beside the federal notice. It's three business days, five when the buyer is 65 or older, and seven for repairs after a declared emergency (state, federal or local). Set Job site state to California under Job details, then answer the two California questions there, and the quote carries the right one. Leave them blank and it carries the longest that could apply, and you are told so when the customer accepts. California's notice is left off when you mark the deal as made at your place of business, or the job as a business. The quote also carries the other notices California requires in the contract: the Mechanics Lien Warning, the Contractors State License Board notice, your customer's right to a signed copy, and the note about extra work and change orders.
