Can I text an invoice from my own phone?

Yes. Text from my phone opens your Messages app with the customer's number and an invoice link filled in. Review the message and press Send yourself; it goes from your own number. DeskOps does not send this text for you. The action appears when the customer has a phone number and this is an issued, unpaid invoice, including a part-paid one. Finish any tax review first. If the action is missing, check the customer's phone number. If your device cannot open Messages, use Copy link and paste it into a message yourself, or Share when your device offers it. No customer email address is needed. History records Text opened, not a sent message: DeskOps cannot confirm delivery or whether you pressed Send. Opening Messages does not mark the invoice paid. A view-only invoice link still shows payment instructions; texting it does not turn on online payments.
