Can I record why a quote fell through?

Tap Too high, Chose someone else, Not ready, No reply or Other. It is optional. Canceling opens the canceled quote so you can choose or leave it blank. Your reason is labeled Owner reason and kept separately from any words the customer left when declining. The list says Reasons known for k of n declined, lapsed or canceled quotes shown; Des’s quote scorecard uses all quotes in the requested period and states the same coverage. Missing reasons stay unknown. Canceled quotes remain outside the win rate. A reason is your record; it does not send a message or reopen the quote.
