Can I bill several customers at once?

Bill a batch turns every finished, priced job that has not been invoiced yet into draft invoices, one per customer. A customer's jobs are combined onto one draft, and split into separate drafts only where their tax rates differ, so no invoice ever carries two rates. Nothing is sent: you open each draft, check it and send it when it reads right, and each invoice gets its number and Pay link when you send it. Owner-only, and offered on trades that use the jobs board. It is built for a week of finished route or service work billed at once; a one-off bill is a normal invoice.
