Why does an account email say TextDesk?
ComputerThe sign-in (/login) or password-reset (/forgot-password) screen of the product you opened.
PhoneThe same sign-in or password-reset screen.
Account sign-in and password-reset emails identify the product you use: DeskOps or TextDesk. TextDesk account closure, subscription payment notices, renewal warnings and referral-credit notices also use TextDesk’s name and logo. Text-line reports always identify TextDesk, including a line connected to DeskOps. The email layout stays the same regardless of your app theme; every email also includes a text alternative for clients that display text only.
