Who can send email from my account?
ComputerOpen Emails in the sidebar under Overview, and Settings, then Email settings for the sending address.
PhoneOpen Emails in the Menu tab, and Settings, then Email settings.
Nothing goes out without a person confirming it — the AI can draft and can offer to send, but the send itself is always a confirm, never silent. Team members with access to Emails can send; what address it comes from is set once in Settings → Email settings.
