Who can send email from my account?

Anything you or Des write waits for a person to send it — the AI can draft and can offer to send, but that send is always a confirm, never silent. The automatic messages are different: receipts, payment reminders, appointment notices and follow-ups you armed go out on their own when their trigger happens, and Settings → Alerts → See everything we send your customers lists each one. Team members with access to Emails can send; what address it comes from is set once in Settings → Email settings.
