What is the Emails page?
ComputerEmails in the sidebar under Overview (the URL is /emails). Tabs — Sent, Inbox, Drafts, Compose and Voice.
PhoneEmails in the Menu tab. Four tabs — Sent, Inbox, Drafts and Voice — and Compose opens as its own screen rather than as a tab.
This is customer email, not your personal mailbox: what DeskOps has sent on your behalf, replies that came back, drafts waiting on you, and the composer. The AI can draft here, but nothing goes out without a confirm.
