What do I need to send email campaigns?

Campaigns, follow-up sequences and the inbox concierge are the AI Partner Email add-on, $19 a month from Boost. The messages DeskOps sends on its own — receipts, reminders, quote follow-ups, appointment notices — do not need it; they go out on every plan. Your own sending domain (Settings → Email settings) works with either. Every campaign honours unsubscribes and never leaves without you starting it.
