The messages DeskOps sends on its own — receipts, reminders, quote follow-ups, appointment notices — do not need it; they go out on every plan. Your own sending domain is included too: verify the domain in Connections → Email on a computer, or Settings → Email settings on a phone. Every campaign honours unsubscribes and never leaves without you starting it.
