Can I see whether a customer opened my email?
ComputerOpen Emails in the sidebar under Overview, then the Sent tab.
PhoneOpen Emails in the Menu tab, then the Sent tab.
The Sent list is the record of what actually went out on your behalf, and replies that come back land in Inbox next to it. It is customer email rather than your personal mailbox, so what you see here is the trail for your business, not everything in your inbox.
