Only enrolled numbers get through — an unregistered caller is rejected, which is what keeps your business line from becoming a public AI hotline. Calls come out of a balance of calls, not minutes: a $20 pack from Boost is five calls, and a call is counted when it ends — a call that never connects or lasts under fifteen seconds is not charged.
